Matt LaPoint is a recording engineer, product specialist, studio consultant, and audio instructor in Los Angeles. As an engineer, he has recorded and mixed artist/band releases, film and TV scores, TV commercials, video games, and trailers. He is the West Coast Product Specialist for MOTU, a leading developer of computer-based video and audio production peripherals. Matt operates a licensed audio consulting business with clients ranging from film composers to touring musicians and Universities. He teaches advanced sound design at Art Center College of Design.
